Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the Village Lodge front desk team during shifts and support training initiatives. You will help resolve guest issues and ensure smooth front desk operations across the team.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in hotel front desk experience, including night audit, plus computer literacy and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in hotel front desk operations, including night audit.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises The Village Lodge Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
