Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality guest service at all times and exceed expectations.
• Assign duties to staff for efficient operations.
• Assist in training and interviewing new associates.
• Promote teamwork and positive morale among staff.
• Maintain emergency procedures knowledge and safetyResponse.
• Monitor room status, rates and packages daily.
• Pre-register guests per standards and manage schedules.
• Handle VIP arrivals and maintenance requests as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
