Responsibilities

• Monitor daily room status, rates, and packages.
• Maintain current list of available rooms for walk-ins.
• Coordinate blocking of rooms and pre-register guests.
• Serve as Service Champion for Front Office and guest relations.
• Review staffing to meet service and budget goals.
• Lead and coach front office staff and ensure professional guest interactions.
