Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a similar leadership role.
• High School education required; post-high school education preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily room status, rates, discount rates, and packages.
• Coordinates blocking of rooms and ensures guest readiness.
• Acts as the Service Champion for the Front Office and maintains guest relations.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and financial goals.
• Interacts positively with guests to resolve issues and oversees schedules.
