Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ, part of Hyatt, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest registration, promote hotel services, coach team members, schedule and interview staff, and address guest concerns to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, organizing shifts, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring smooth Front Office operations while maintaining Hyatt’s standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Refined verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience and understanding of Front Office operations.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
• Lead other associates by coaching, giving direction and training, scheduling, and interviewing as needed.
• Handle guest issues and de-escalate guest/employee concerns.
• Oversee guest registration, communicate hotel services and promotions, and process payments.
