Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling front desk staff and related roles.
• Understand front office roles and duties and perform them when needed.
• Operate the MICROS system for daily transactions and occasional tasks.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering regarding guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet guests, check them in and out promptly and professionally, and assist with needs.
