Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in full-service dining; hotel or bar experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and guest focus.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people.
• Some knowledge of food preparation and food safety techniques.
• Ability to handle money and cash transactions accurately.
• Skill in operating and cleaning restaurant equipment.
• Knowledge of catering is helpful; Excel/Word skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on service standards and POS MICROS under supervision.
• Ensure excellent guest service across the operation.
• Help manage cleanliness of the assigned location.
• Create and adjust schedules; manage invoices, payroll and equipment.
• Meet state/local health codes and company standards.
• Manage food and beverage ordering and inventory processes.
• Supervise staff and restaurant service delivery.
• Stock and restock as needed for the location.
• Collaborate with Associates in various tasks as needed.
• Help establish work schedules; resolve complaints; take disciplinary action as required.
• Submit and approve time in payroll system.
