Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in front office operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of front office software and PMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily front office operations including guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
• Monitor front office financial transactions, including billing and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of front office procedures and service improvement initiatives.
