The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, payroll review, and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.

The supervisor will communicate with staff both verbally and in writing, enforce attendance, and assist with special projects while ensuring safety and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and guiding improvements.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems and communicate openly.
• Arrange staff work schedules and payroll records to ensure proper staffing and timely pay.
• Maintain and review records for budgeting and forecasting department expenses and inspection scores.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to staff.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
