Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking a Gallery Host to ensure guest satisfaction through check-in/check-out and attentive coordination of hotel services for each guest. You will promote hotel services, facilities and outlets and provide information on events in the hotel and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of hotel or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and is adept at upselling.

Qualifications

• One year of hotel, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and local area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out; greet and assist promptly and courteously.
• Register guests using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
• Oversee Gallery Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den.
• Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to grooming standards.
