Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations and related functions, ensuring procedures are followed by all staff.
• Provide business expertise and strategic guidance to improve guest services while balancing service quality with business needs.
• Oversee and participate in guest registration and checkout processes.
• Manage, train, and schedule Front Office staff.
• Coordinate night audit, group billing, forecasting, and supply orders; foster cross-department communication.
• Act as liaison between General Manager and staff.
