Qualifications

• Two years in hotels and two years in hotel leadership (Manager+) required.

• Experience leading front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day front desk operations and related functions.
• Providing business expertise to identify and drive guest services improvements.
• Overseeing and assisting in guest registration and check-out.
• Managing, training, and scheduling Front Office staff.
• Carrying out activities for smooth Front Office operation (night audit, group billing, forecasts, supplies, cross-department communication).
• Acting as a liaison between General Manager and staff.
