Grand Gardner Hotel in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana, part of Urschel Development, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk and ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

Hands-on hospitality professional with guest-service focus.
Experience leading front desk teams and coordinating daily hotel operations.
Familiarity with property management systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all front office operations and ensure exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.
Lead the front desk team, coordinate daily operations, and support training and development.
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and leadership to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
Monitor reservations, room availability, and guest requests; manage cash handling and guest accounting.
