Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Floor Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the hotel's restaurant, bar, and banquet services while helping ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Beverage Manager, and events teams to maintain service standards and support team performance.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests throughout the property.
