Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is an approachable hospitality professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Previous hotel, front desk, or hospitality supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience with hotel property management systems and guest service operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and support front desk operations.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and coaching efforts.
• Support daily hotel operations while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor guest requests, service concerns, and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and guest accounting procedures.
