Urschel Development seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager for the Grand Gardner Hotel in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana. The role oversees daily Little Gem operations and supports food & beverage across the hotel, including banquets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Little Gem restaurant.
• Support hotel events and banquet planning from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with culinary and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support team members in delivering excellent hospitality.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and guest atmosphere.
