The role requires at least two years in front desk supervision or four years front office experience, fluent English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in arriving guests and completes standard procedures.
• Manages guest checkout and ensures accurate billing.
• Oversees front desk staff and cash handling in accordance with policy.
• Responds to guest inquiries and reservations with professional communication.
• Coordinates guest transportation and local information as needed.
• Trains and motivates Front Office Associates and ensures smooth operations.
