Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Denver - Aurora in Aurora, CO is seeking a Front Office and Guest Experience Manager to lead daily front desk operations and elevate guest service standards for a memorable stay. The role oversees front desk staff (and may supervise breakfast/F&B), ensures brand standards, drives revenue and RevPAR, and collaborates with housekeeping, sales and engineering.

The ideal candidate has hospitality management education, supervisory experience, strong leadership and PMS/office

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Two years supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk team and assist in scheduling, hiring, and training.
• Maintain OHM and brand standards of service quality.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability of guest services.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering.
• Assist in revenue meetings and strategic planning for the front desk.
