Hilton Denver City Center in downtown Denver is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest services team, oversee check-in/check-out, and ensure accurate billing with a welcoming, professional attitude.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory front desk experience or 4+ years in front office, fluent English, strong organization, and cash handling with POS systems. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years front desk supervisory experience or four years front office experience.
• Experience in guest services and hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and completes check-in procedures for arriving guests.
• Facilitates guest check-out and ensures accurate billing.
• Maintains cash handling procedures and prepares accurate guest charges.
• Answers inquiries and assists with reservations, communicating rates and availability.
• Maintains guest relations by staying informed about functions and local areas.
