Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests using manual and computerized methods.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns.
• Balance cash, post room charges and run night audit preparations.
• Operate PBX system and manage wake-up calls for guests.
• Assist with routine front-desk duties and express checkouts.
