This full-time role oversees room status, rates, and guest relations, ensuring efficient operations and budget alignment while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of leadership experience, strong communication, and familiarity with HMS/Synexis System.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a similar leadership role.
• High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Experience with HMS/Synexis System.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily room status, rates, discounts and packages.
• Maintain list of available rooms for walk-ins.
• Coordinate blocking of rooms and provide service excellence.
• Lead Front Office, drive guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Review staffing against service and budget goals.
• Ensure smooth communication with Housekeeping and other departments.
