Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee Front Desk, Communications, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leader will manage shifts, mentor staff, and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

The successful candidate will have front office or hotel operations management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or hotel operations management.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Front Desk team and shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor staffing and service quality across related departments.
• Resolve guest concerns with personalized, timely service.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures, manage room blocks, and handle VIP requests.
• Enforce financial procedures including cash handling and audits.
• Act as senior manager on duty in absence of leadership.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out and accurate billing.
• Utilize PMS and hotel systems to manage reservations and reporting.
