Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will act as Manager on Duty, anticipate guest needs, and uphold brand standards with hands-on leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexible scheduling across day/evening shifts. Pre-opening experience a plus, with opportunities for growth within an iconic luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front office or hotel operations management.
• Pre-opening experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Working knowledge of hotel PMS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Front Desk and related teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff with performance reviews.
• Monitor staffing and ensure consistent guest service across shifts.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, room blocks, and VIP requests.
• Enforce financial procedures and perform shift-end cash audits.
• Act as senior manager on duty in absence of leadership.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out and service excellence.
• Utilize PMS and hotel systems to manage reservations and reports.
