Job summary

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum two years of front office or related work experience; knowledge of Naples area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests efficiently and in a friendly manner, using guest names; ensure requested room type and rate; handle luggage and keys.
• Check out guests, present and settle the bill, process payments.
• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and professionalism; provide information on hotel services and local area.
• Maintain cash handling responsibilities and reconcile shifts.
• Operate computer systems for check-in/check-out, reporting, and room assignments.
