Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Breckenridge, CO is seeking an experienced Front Office Department Head to oversee Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop as applicable. You will direct and work with managers to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure, while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

This exempt, salaried role offers relocation assistance and a salary of $71,000–$79,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 4 years experience in guest services/front desk or related area OR
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related major with 2 years experience in guest services/front desk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop as applicable.
• Direct and collaborate with managers to execute front office operations and guest arrival/departure procedures.
• Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the department's financial performance.
