Job summary

The Lodge at Breckenridge is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and switchboard monitoring, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

You will assist in planning daily operations, forecast sales and labor, supervise staff, handle guest inquiries, ensure cash handling accuracy, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while representing Guest Services, Inc. professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or related customer service experience preferred.
• Clerical tasks include typing, filing, office machine use, cash register operations, and multitasking.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong ability to interact with a wide variety of people and coordinate priorities.
• Ability to arrange and coordinate schedules for reservations.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations and monitor the switchboard for efficiency.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and revenue; monitor budget adherence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and discipline front desk staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and balance at shifts’ start and end; ensure safety and cleanliness.
