Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Guest Services team, oversee the Front Desk, Switchboard, Bell, and Retail operations, and optimize guest satisfaction. You will direct daily activities, coach staff, and implement service standards to achieve financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or an associate degree in Hospitality/Business and related experience.
• 4 years in guest services/front desk or related area (or 2-year degree with 2 years experience).
• Experience leading a Guest Services team and managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Guest Services team; drive excellent customer service across front desk and related areas.
• Manage day-to-day Front Office operations, staffing, and performance standards.
• Establish strong relationships with staff and guests; monitor progress and communicate expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Front Office policies and procedures; oversee budget and cost controls.
• Foster a positive guest experience and recognize team contributions.
