Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO seeks a Front Office Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell/Guest Services.

You will act as Manager on Duty, resolve escalated guest concerns, and support scheduling, coaching, and process improvement to ensure flawless arrivals and departures.

This full-time, year-round role offers competitive salary between $59,000 and $64,000 plus commissions and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk, hospitality, guest services, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in ski resort or high-volume hospitality is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty, leading Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell/Guest Services.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and labor management.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet service and performance standards.
• Ensure consistent guest experience and uphold resort standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and service recovery mindset.
