The Non-Exempt Management position offers hourly pay with overtime in accordance with law and an annual pay range of $64,000–$66,000. Driving is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years guest services/front desk experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business; no work experience required.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities for front office teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Desk operations and guest services.
• Supervise Front Office staff and shuttle services as needed.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain communication of goals and expectations with team.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Monitor departmental performance against financial objectives.
