Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to set the tone for our service culture, lead daily operations of the Front Office, and drive guest satisfaction while managing staffing and budgets. You will oversee VIP experiences, room inspections, and coordination with other departments to maintain high standards across the property.

Formación

• High school graduate, some college or equivalent.
• A 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Front Office operations and ensure quality standards.
• Promote teamwork and top-notch service across departments.
• Greet and assist VIP guests and manage room inspections and arrivals.
• Review resumes for arriving groups and coordinate master accounts and requests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Lead, train, and coach staff; conduct pre-shift meetings and performance reviews.
