Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead daily operations, uphold Forbes Five Star standards, and drive profitability. The role requires overseeing guest services, reservations, and front desk staff while focusing on cost control and staff development.

The position reports to hotel leadership and involves coordinating staffing, forecasting, and performance evaluations to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in Rooms Division.
• CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred.
• High school graduate plus a 4-year degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards for guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office systems, inventory, scheduling, forecasting and departmental budget to maximize revenue.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff; provide leadership to Front Office team consistent with Forbes Five Star Standards.
