Qualifications

• Two years of luxury hotel Front Office/Front of House management experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth front of house operations and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed across Front Office areas.
• Lead and monitor a guest reception up-sell program with clear targets.
• Conduct audits and coach staff to improve performance and regulatory compliance.
