Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations in our Texas properties. You will lead, train, and support the front desk team while managing scheduling, guest relations, and daily reports to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

The role involves supervising front desk staff, overseeing check-in/check-out processes, resolving guest issues, and reporting to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Ability to lead and grow the guest service department.
• Combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage front desk staff, check-in/check-out, and resolve guest issues.
• Report to Director of Rooms or General Manager.
• Path to higher management roles within hospitality.
