Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive Front Desk team member to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Chicago property. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest inquiries, and service requests with professional courtesy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of front desk experience, a High School diploma, and knowledge of PMS systems to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and telephone service while applying brand standards.
• Prepare forecasts and contribute to Rooms Division budget development.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimum performance.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to improve occupancy and revenue.
