Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle payments, verify credit, and balance accounts.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to supervisor.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe when needed.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness according to standards.
