Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive Team performance at a high-service hotel location in New Orleans. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, and act as Manager on Duty during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a leadership front office role, strong communication, and solid knowledge of hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a similar leadership role (Front Office/Front Desk).
• High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services quality.
• Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Act as Manager on Duty; cover nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain budget awareness and monitor staffing levels.
• Coordinate with Valet and Housekeeping; ensure VIP arrivals.
