Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in a leadership role in a hotel/front desk environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and guest-relations skills.
• Solid knowledge of front desk operations and night audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and guest services.
• Hire, coach and discipline Front Office staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and employee engagement, manage VIP arrivals.
• Monitor budgeted wages and expenses; control inventory and supplies.
