Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team at a AAA Four-Diamond property near Miracle Mile. You will champion service excellence, supervise daily desk operations, and coach staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, coordinate with housekeeping, and contribute to reporting and training initiatives to elevate operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred.
• Experience with a Property Management System, preferred Opera System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to uphold Loews service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate room assignments and collaborate with housekeeping to meet guest preferences.
• Design and deliver training programs to elevate team skills.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and manage reports for management review.
