Job summary

Lakefront Anchorage is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Desk team and uphold service standards while ensuring smooth, guest-centered operations. You will drive daily operations, training, and performance to deliver a consistently high guest experience in Alaska.

You will partner with Rooms Division leaders to optimize guest satisfaction, manage labor costs, and pursue continuous improvement across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Front Office experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel and hotel systems.
• Ability to analyze information, manage schedules, and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure exceptional service.
• Lead the Front Desk team and manage staffing and shift assignments.
• Monitor guest concerns and drive timely service recovery.
• Coordinate with Rooms Division leadership to optimize guest experience and labor costs.
