Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa in downtown Anchorage seeks an experienced Front Office Supervisor to manage staffing, training, and scheduling of the front desk team. You will ensure smooth check-in/out experiences and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk agents, operating the MICROS system, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, and handling guest requests with professionalism.

Qualificações

• Ability to calmly work with high demand and upset guests.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling front desk agents.
• Be able to perform duties at any given time across Front Office staff.
• Operate the MICROS system for front desk transactions and reconciliations.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
