Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead staffing for the front desk team at our downtown Anchorage property. You will interview, hire, train, and schedule front desk agents, supervisors, guest service aides, and PBX operators to ensure smooth guest experiences.

You will also oversee MICROS transactions, monitor discrepancy reports, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to fulfill guest requests.

Formación

• Experience in front desk operations and guest check-in/out.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, and schedule front desk staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

• Maintain full understanding of front office duties and perform tasks as needed.
• Operate MICROS system for daily transactions and reconciliations.
• Review AM/PM discrepancy reports accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room needs.
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/out professionally.
