Qualifications

• Hotels experience: at least 2 years in hotels and an additional 2 years in a hotel leadership position (Manager+)
• People-oriented leader with coaching, mentoring and teambuilding skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and related functions to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Provide business expertise and strategic perspective to guest services, balancing service quality with business needs.
• Oversee and participate in guest registration and check-out.
• Manage, train, and schedule Front Office staff.
• Coordinate night audits, group billing, forecasting, and supplies; ensure cross-department communication.
• Act as liaison between General Manager and staff.
