Job summary

Staybridge Suites Tysons is seeking a Sales Manager to drive hotel sales and be the face of the property in the community. You will engage with clients, coordinate events, and ensure excellent service from first contact through contract signing.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, customer-focused, and adept at creating win-win proposals. This role may require travel and occasional evening events, with good compensation and hotel-discount perks.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record in sales and client relations.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and able to close deals.
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing clients and attract new clients.
• Create proposals that align with client needs and business value.
• Attend networking events and stay connected with industry/news for opportunities.
• Make calls, visit clients, and invite prospects to visit the hotel, creating a WOW experience.
• Visit clients to ensure they feel valued and receive excellent service.
