Alpine is actively seeking a Front Office Leader to guide Medical Receptionists and ensure efficient patient flow. You will support onboarding, training, and adherence to established workflows, promoting a positive, confidential, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling in the EMR, strong communication with patients and staff, and collaboration with management to improve scheduling and front office performance. Proficiency in MS Office and Allscripts is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare administration coursework preferred.
• 2–3 years of medical receptionist/front office experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front desk operations; train Medical Receptionists.
• Support onboarding and adherence to workflows and policies.
• Promote a positive patient experience and confidentiality.
• Manage scheduling, registrations, and insurance verification.
• Oversee copay collection and check-in/out processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Answer calls professionally and triage inquiries.
• Assist with reports, data entry, and special projects.
