Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year receptionist experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and EMR systems (Allscripts).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors warmly, giving clear instructions.
• Handle copay collections, appointment scheduling, and paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain patient data and balance records, ensuring correct entry of information.
• Answer calls professionally, screen messages, and assist callers and staff as needed.
• Support office tasks including data entry, scheduling, and project work.
