HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Office Associate at Courtland Grand Hotel in Atlanta. You will support front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction, efficient check-in/out, and adherence to brand standards.

Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential for daily guest interactions and team collaboration. The role includes greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, processing registrations, handling payments, and contributing to a positive arrival experience

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Basic mathematical skills and skill with a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome and provide accurate information.
• Handle check-in/check-out efficiently and code keys and room rates.
• Verify credit cards, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Resolve customer issues by researching and applying best solutions.
