Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is hiring a Guest Services Manager in Milpitas, CA. You will assist in managing all front office areas, supervise staff, and act as MOD in the absence of the Front Office Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead front desk, concierge, and communications teams, coordinate with other departments, oversee VIP arrivals, and deliver passionate service to guests across our Sonesta property in the Silicon Valley.

Qualifications

• Lead front office staff including front desk, communications, and concierge.
• Provide MOD coverage and supervise hotel operations as needed.
