Sonesta San Jose- Milpitas, CA is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with reservations using our PMS/POS systems. You will process payments, handle guest requests, and uphold Sonesta's hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates bring front desk or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Flexible availability including weekends/holidays is preferred; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a friendly professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, information, and requests.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems; handle cash accordingly.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and coordinate with housekeeping/engineering for smooth operations.
