Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Front Office operations and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and ensure accurate billing and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach staff; manage shift coverage and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Monitor payroll and expenses to meet budgets.
