Qualifications

• 2 years of related hospitality experience.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front Office operations and uphold high guest service levels.
• Assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.
• Review arrivals, departures, and special requests for accuracy.
• Ensure shifts are covered and staff are working to standards.
• Train and coach team members, enforcing grooming and uniform policies.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain desk area cleanliness and organization.
